DESCRIPTION OF KF100®

K100® is the latest addition to the Kalmatron® line of products! K100® is available in both liquid and powdered forms and can be used in any cement containing mix. K100® is great for projects utilizing continuous liquid dispensing of admixtures. The great news is that K100® provides the combined benefits of KF-A® and KF-SEA® - so you can now used unwashed sea sand and still get the 29 benefits of KF-A®!

K100 provides all of the benefits previously only available by combining two products in the Kalmatron line: KF-A and KF-SEA.

Recapping KF-A benefits:

Recapping KF-SEA Benefits:

· Used for natural and unwashed sea-sand and sea-gravel for higher durability than standard mixes.

· Higher resistance to salt corrosion than standard concrete up to 20%.

· Applicable for concrete petroleum tanks, pump stations, and high pressure pipes.

K100® Specific Benefits:

Early strengthening up to 70% on the 3rd day.

Impermeability to liquids: 50mm for conventional concrete; 15mm for stucco and plaster; and, 5 times lower chloride penetration; resistant to corrosive chemicals - even stable with pure vinegar.

K100® can be used without dryers, freezers, shakes, adhesive membranes or vapor resistant membranes.

USES OF K100®

K100® can be used in any cement containing mix. This particular product will be especially useful where there is a limited supply of clean sand (no salt), as you can use unwashed sea sand in your concrete mix when you use K100®.

K100® is great for concrete floors, roads, foundations, liquid supply canals, sea docks, pools, wall panels and blocks, roofs, poles, pillars, and, decks. Sewage treatment areas and chemical/agricultural structures last twice as long without repairs.
